Welcome to Little Days. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Little Days mobile application and website (collectively, the “Service”), provided by Little Days (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Little Days is a baby tracking application that allows parents and caregivers to log feeds, sleep, nappy changes, milestones, and other activities. The Service may include free and premium features.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
  • Keep your login credentials secure.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process, store, and display your User Content solely to provide and improve the Service. We will never use your User Content for advertising or sell it to third parties.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
